Swisslog, a global leader in intralogistics and automation solutions, is set to showcase how human ingenuity can continue to drive automation value for the supply chain at CeMAT Southeast Asia (SEA), the world’s leading trade fair for intralogistics, material handling, and supply chain management, happening from the 15th to the 17th of May at the Singapore EXPO.
From exhibiting its innovative solutions developed by Swisslog intralogistics experts to having them share insights at the conference, Swisslog aims to highlight how “the human side of automation” celebrates the synergy between people and technology.
“As automation rapidly transforms the world of warehousing, it’s not just about the coolest robots—it’s about the partnerships built within the ecosystem, the knowledge shared to drive the industry forward, and making sure every automation solution puts people first,” said Sherry Lu, Country Sales Manager at Swisslog.
She added: “Having been in the region for 30 years, our experienced team is dedicated to providing full digital transformation, knowledge sharing, workshop training, and tailored support to help our customers address challenges and leverage new opportunities in the market. We are excited to bring our vision of ‘The Human Side of Automation’ to CeMAT SEA 2024, and we look forward to discussing how human expertise and cutting-edge technology work together in synergy to unlock new levels of efficiency.”
What to Expect from Swisslog
With warehouses increasingly turning to automation to enhance storage density and workflow efficiency, Swisslog’s portfolio of innovative solutions is meticulously crafted to boost efficiency, minimise errors, and foster an engaging work environment.
From traditional high bay warehouses, cold storage to e-grocery, our customers are able to automate with confidence with the support of our intralogistics experts.
At CeMAT SEA 2024, the minds behind Swisslog’s offerings, including AutoStore consultants, designers, and software engineers, along with the Integrated Systems team handling ASRS solutions like the Vectura pallet stacker crane, CycloneCarrier shuttle system, and SynQ Warehouse Management System, will be on-site to share more about the company’s comprehensive human-centric approach to address all automation needs.
Some of Swisslog’s solutions on display at CeMAT 2024 booth #C15 are:
- Vectura is a multi-talented and energy-efficient high bay warehouse pallet stacker crane, operating up to 50 metres and used in more than 600 customer projects, including the Largest Automated Distribution Centre in Asia Pacific for a leading furniture retailer, as well as multiple Automated Deep Freeze ASRS warehouses with capabilities down to –30°C. It has proven to reduce warehouse energy consumption by 25%.
- CycloneCarrier is an automated shuttle system for storage of small loads. With double to quadruple deep storage capability and high-speed operations handling up to 2,000 infeeds and outfeeds per aisle, CycloneCarrier is the go-to choice for efficient storage and retrieval. Trusted by industry leaders like Alnatura (Germany), Jaycar (Australia), and Coca-Cola (New Zealand), CycloneCarrier sets the standard for excellence in small load storage.
- AutoStore simplifies small parts order processing with its innovative robot and bin system. Its space-efficient design maximises storage capacity by stacking bins and accommodating multiple SKUs per bin. It has seen a boost in productivity by 10 times, and a 200% increase in order fulfillment rate for some of our customers.
- SynQ, which stands for synchronised intelligence, is the software at the heart of every warehouse. It is the smart conductor of the orchestra that synchronises people, process, and machines for efficient operations.
“This exhibition presents a unique opportunity for visitors to witness firsthand the transformative power of our automation solutions as a tool created by humans, to be used by humans. Whether you’re seeking to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, or create a more dynamic workplace, we invite you to join us at our booth to discover how Swisslog can empower you to elevate your operations to new heights,” said Dr Wayne Teoh, Head of System Design & Consulting at Swisslog South East Asia.
Dr Teoh added: “We are there for you every step of the way to ensure your operations run seamlessly, and provide comprehensive training programs to upskill your workforce and equip them to advance your business with automation,”
