ADA, Asia’s leading independent data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) business, has partnered with leading Human Resource (HR) technology provider Darwinbox to fuel HR digital transformation.
The partnership with Darwinbox is in line with ADA’s process improvement initiatives—integrating and digitising end-to-end HR processes into one platform for operational efficiency and productivity and enhancing employee experiences for its 1,000+ workforce.
“We are a digital-first business that aims to deliver the future of marketing, commerce and experience. While our team supports clients with insightful digital marketing and commerce transformation solutions, we also embrace digitalisation internally,” said Srinivas Gattamneni, Chief Executive Officer at ADA. “We have witnessed a progressive transformation in workflows and the workforce in the last few years and want to ensure we give our team the tools they need to stay ahead of these transformations. With Darwinbox, we can co-create and achieve this goal.”
