ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, has announced OpenAI Observability for Site24x7, its cloud-based full stack monitoring platform. This new native capability empowers businesses to leverage the potential of emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, to drive innovation and achieve their strategic objectives while being cost-conscious.
As organisations increasingly embrace OpenAI’s latest generative AI model and explore the potential of ChatGPT across multiple teams, gaining a comprehensive understanding of user interactions with GPT-powered applications becomes crucial. Organisations worldwide recognise the accelerating number of opportunities to optimise AI models and enhance user experiences. In conjunction with this, closely monitoring API usage and token consumption is essential to manage costs and enhance the application’s overall performance.
The OpenAI Observability capability enables application owners to monitor the utilisation of different OpenAI models seamlessly while also tracking real-time performance and cost metrics, all within a unified view. This new capability automatically analyses and tracks various metrics such as token usage, latency and errors. This ensures it is easy to integrate in applications that use OpenAI modules, and leverage the platform’s built-in alerting system to take quick actions on malfunctions.
“As the demand for OpenAI’s GPT-4 model continues to soar, companies are compelled to reimagine and revamp their existing service landscapes to enhance the user experience,” said Srinivasa Raghavan, Director of Product Management for Site24x7. “Observability emerges as a transformative force, empowering companies to get the most out of GPT. Our commitment to enabling organisations using GPT APIs is reflected in our efforts to provide effortless setup, cost and performance monitoring. We aim to ensure that efficiency and effectiveness remain at the forefront of our AI-driven IT operations management solution.”
A Showcase of ManageEngine’s AI capabilities
ManageEngine showcased its AI capabilities at its first-ever User Conference in Singapore at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre on July 5-6, 2023. The South East Asia User Conference facilitated vibrant confluence of industry experts, regional partners, customers and ManageEngine leadership. Attendees had the opportunity to witness first-hand how the AI capabilities in IT management can transform their performance monitoring strategies, enable them to gain valuable insights, and help them make data-driven decisions with greater precision.
“With 90% of organisations expected to prioritise digitisation in 2023 and the digital economy growing at 20% year over year, the South East Asian region is embracing digital transformation at a fast rate,” said Rajesh Ganesan, President at ManageEngine. “The massive opportunity it brings to the citizens also comes with challenges for both public and private organisations in terms of efficiently and securely operating the technology infrastructure. This is where ManageEngine comes in. We are thrilled to have hosted our first User Conference in Singapore to better connect and serve the technology community across the region.”
