This collaboration marks the introduction of Huawei’s Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers, set to catalyse the adoption of electric vehicles across the nation and establish a new benchmark for the country’s journey towards clean energy adoption.
The official launch of the EV chargers took place on 22 March 2024 at the Senheng Setia Alam store in Selangor. By integrating EV chargers into its extensive distribution portfolio, Senheng aims to play a pivotal role in reducing the country’s reliance on traditional energy sources, paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future for all Malaysians.

Huawei’s FusionCharge AC chargers, which include a 7kW single phase and a 22kW 3-phase model, are designed for effortless installation in both residential and commercial settings. These chargers represent the cutting edge of EV charging technology, promising a faster, more convenient charging solution for electric vehicle owners.
Echoing the sentiment, Chong Chern Peng, Vice President for Digital Power Business at Huawei Malaysia, highlighted the importance of this collaboration, saying: “In the automotive industry’s roadmap, the electric vehicle is regarded as the future of the automotive industry.
