Talend (NASDAQ: TLND), a global leader in cloud and big data integration solution, today announced its Gold partnership with LightStream Analytics, a technology solutions partner focused on advanced analytics, data management, and performance management across Asia-Pacific. The partnership aims to help Asian customers across a broad range of industries drive their businesses by capitalizing on data with machine learning and intuitive visualization solutions.
According to IDC: “Organizations slow to adopt a digital-native operating model will compete for a rapidly shrinking piece of the global economy. 62% of Asia/Pacific enterprises are digitally stuck, and to lead in this digital transformation economy, organizations must become a digital native enterprise.”[1] As the combination of artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud, big data, and other emerging technologies change how work is done, more organisations are looking to explore how they can interact with consumers in new ways.
“Many organisations today are increasing spending on disruptive technologies to gain new sources of revenue and a competitive advantage. But they are challenged by the complexity of the data integration process”, said Chris Whitaker, Managing Director at LightStream Analytics. “By combining Talend’s solutions with LightStream Analytics’ data management expertise, we are able to help and support our clients’ transition towards a more data-oriented approach.”
The relationship with LightStream Analytics is developed to empower Asian organisations across financial services and insurance, retail, manufacturing and other industries to advance their business objectives and truly become data-driven. As a Gold partner of theTalend Value-Added Resellers (VAR) Program, LightStream Analytics will work with clients to better leverage and implement Talend’s solutions such as Talend Data Preparation Cloud and combine it with LightStream’s end-to-end advanced analytics solutions to enable widespread use of data for decision making.
“We are pleased to be strengthening our relationship with LightStream Analytics, to further enhance our ability to help Asian enterprises remain competitive and drive growth,” said Jason Bissell, General Manager and SVP of Sales, Asia Pacific at Talend. “We can now provide our customers with the ability to have an end-to-end solution as Lighstream can be a single stop for all their data and analytics needs including data consolidation, transformation, and management all the way to data visualization and analysis. Talend will play a key role in orchestrating the data movement in this environment.”
Talend offers a multi-tier VAR program to support a range of partners. Partners have access to automated promotional tools, selling strategies, customer success stories, sales and marketing materials, as well as technical support and training. Depending on the level of participation, partners may also be eligible for access to dedicated technical support, varying levels of pre-sales product support, and leads from Talend marketing activities.
“Talend has seen success with the expansion of its VAR and partner network in Asia Pacific”, said Rolf Heimes, senior director Alliances, Channel and Partner Programs at Talend. “Today, we significantly bolstered our partner enablement package to arm them with the best training, support and services for selling and delivering successful projects leveraging Talend products and solutions”.
