Mia said Msight would operate from business to business, providing added value to government institutions and industry sectors such as finance, transportation, e-commerce, retail, digital, advertising and many more.

Several business apps that sources from Big Data are used to monitor website traffic and determine consumer segments based on specific profiles. This, in turn, is used to understand digital consumer behavior, movement and reactions to certain products and services.

“Services provided by Msight will cover risk insight, mobility insight, lifestyle insight and the API marketplace, offering a variety of utility to businesses that can be used for marketing communication, business intelligence, or even risk assessment,” Mia said.

A few government bodies, such as Statistics Indonesia and the Ministry of National Development Planning, have already implemented Msight’s services to study the macroeconomic impact of the recent Asian Games.
